Cody needs urgent surgery

Cody, is our beautiful yellow lab! We’ve had him since he was a baby, and he really is a member of our family. He is such a good boy, where  ever he goes he always puts a smile on peoples faces because he is so cute and not to mention lovable. He is one of a kind and means everything to me and my family.  Recently we found a lump on Cody that concerned us. So we thought it would be a good idea to get an ultrasound done to see what the vets thought about it and to see if he had any other lumps that were concerning. It turns out that they ended up finding a mass on his liver that needed to be looked at by a specialist. Cody had another ultrasound done by specialist to see the condition of the mass, and unfortunately it grew a lot in a short period of time. They told us if he doesn’t have it removed that it will continue to grow to the size of a basketball and could burst inside of him. They also mention that because it has some cancer cells that is dangerous to keep it inside of him cause it might spread. Having many pets that we rescued and bought we understand that the vets bills come with the territory. Financially we just don’t have the money to pay for this surgery at the moment. We’re trying our best to come up with the money to pay for this urgent surgery. Please donate to help save Cody’s life.
