Hello everyone, towards the end of last year I decided I wanted to try and take on another challenge. I took a while to decide but finally landed on one and in just over 3 months time I’ll be taking on the Coast to Coast challenge. It is 100 miles, which consists of 21 miles running, 78 miles biking and 1 mile kayaking in 24 hours.

As most people may know I sadly lost one of my best friends, Bailey, after he struggled with his mental health. Unfortunately stories like Baileys are becoming a harrowing reality for more people. I would love to try and raise as much money as I can to support Reach Across, a local mental health charity that are a huge help in our community. If anyone would like to donate it would be greatly appreciated!

More information about Reach Across: Reach Across is a charity that was initiated following the death of Ross Ramsay by suicide. It aims to support adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues and provide funding in service provision for support.
