Coal Coast Fitness Steps for Mental Health

4 weeks ago we joined a challenge created by our local gym Coal coast fitness, not just your regular gym. This is a community within itself, a support network and another home filled with many like minded legends.
Ash & Alanna set out a 6 week amazing race challenge full of group goals and individual goals as we began we were pushed from our comfort zone time after time with 4 in our team we are all cheering and pushing each other to be the best and healthiest version of ourselves and now as part of our challenge it’s time to give back to our community. What better way than to set ourselves a fitness challenge and hope that all our friends family and even strangers get behind us to raise some much needed funds for Mental health awareness in our local community and for our local  Groms.

Personally this is important to us being parents and also having this unfortunately be apart of our lives personally. 

We team TEARS TO CHEERS are going to as a group take 500,000 steps in 7 days. We are committed determined and keen to raise some much needed funds to help spread the word and also let you all know that  we are here for a chat if your keen to take some steps with us

We will be donating our funds to a local organisation MHM- Mental Health Movementwho are doing amazing things within our local community and workplaces to raise awareness, educate, train and supply resourcesto anyone and everyone.

MHM have also teamed up with various local organisations in aid of promoting Mental health awareness and support networks, within the local and wider communities. Let’s raise some money people
