ILTDL have to carry out essential maintenance on the Greenway. The upkeep of the Greenway is solely funded by donations, sponsorship and income generated from the sale of fishing permits. There is no support from public bodies for on-going maintenance, unlike other greenways.

This money will cover essential maintenance for 2024.
