Coach Shane Ramos

Today, I come to you to ask for your support for our coach, Shane Ramos. Shane has been been a staple in our community working with kids of all colors and all ages providing them a place to get better as an athlete and as an individual. Keeping costs down so our kids can afford to be the best wrestler they can be. Shane is the last State Wrestling Champion in the Kenosha Area. He has brought his skills, knowledge and compassion to the mats to help our children become better people and athletes on and off the mat. Coach Shane has gone through some life challenges these past 12 months. Both of his vehicles were severely damaged and he also was injured from one of those accidents. It caused him to be off of work for a long time. COVID struck and it has also made financial matters worse. Coach Shane had to buy a used vehicle to help support his family and worked in pain to make ends meet for his family and to also keep the mats open for our youth. Just recently the vehicle he purchased to help him work has broken down and is repairable. Coach Shane has unselfishly kept our kids a priority in his life. I am asking you and the community that he has supported for so many years to help pitch in and support the purchase of another vehicle that will help him support his family and to continue to help make it to wrestling practices. Any support you can offer towards the $3000 we would like to donate will be greatly appreciated. If you choose to donate here or in person lets show our support to our coach that continues to grow Kenosha Wrestling for all of our schools. Not just one of them.
