Help me stay in Australia

Hi everyone,

Hoping you can help me.

I am desperately needing to raise enough funds to apply for my Partnership Visa application onshore - the additional unexpected cost will allow me to remain in Australia whilst the visa application is being processed.

We are looking at raising funds of $4,000 – The additional migration agents fees to help me with this process.

My previous visa application was refused – the department immediately gave me 28 days to leave the country and barred me from applying for any visa onshore, unless there was a special circumstance that allowed me to apply onshore (The fact that my daughter Raya is here will play a major part towards submitting a valid reason for an onshore application).

As mentioned before, unfortunately there is an additional cost involved.

The other alternative is for me to apply for the partnership visa offshore, leave Raya and my partner behind for a few months until the application is processed, lose my job, and give up my home.

Time, unfortunately with raising the funds, is not on our side we are looking to raise these funds within the next 2 weeks and hope that with your love and support I can stay in Australia, with Raya my daughter and my partner, whilst the partnership visa application is being processed.
