Hi,my name is Ryan Stewart and I am raising awareness and funds for cmtuk and COPD UK,I was diagnosed in my 30s with both of these conditions,they are both progressive diseases that get worse over the years,my son also has CMT which he inherited from my and me from my father, trying to live and navigate through life is taking one day at a time and try to do some exercise and breathing techniques to try and help slow or calm the symptoms.
