Hello everyone,

My name is Tommy Castle, and together with Bodyshots ABC, I’m raising funds to help support research, raise awareness, and ultimately find a cure for Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) disease — a rare neurological condition that affects around 1 in 2,500 people in the UK and 4 in 10,000 worldwide.

CMT weakens the nerves, leading to muscle loss in the hands and feet, and in some cases, can result in the need for a wheelchair.

On 15th November, I’ll be running the New Forest 10K Trail Race to raise as much money as possible for this important cause. I know times are tough and money can be tight, but every donation, no matter how small makes a difference.
