Im going through an eviction process right now with my landlord. He's demanding i owe him over $3100. Im going to trial to dispute this eviction. Me and my 2 children are living in a home that is not suitable for anyone. I have electricity problems which is a hazard and im living with all types of bugs. The bed bugs has gotten so bad to where i had to throw away everything and now me and my two boys are sleeping on a air bed in the living room because there all in the carpets. I don't know what to do if i lose at court. I'm having a very hard time with finding housing with this eviction pending, no landlord wants to rent to me and if they do they want double security deposit something I cant afford right now. All I want for Christmas is for my children to have a place they can call home again.
