First and foremost I'm really embarrassed and don't like to put my personal business out there however I don't have any other options right now. Some know most don't but I've been having an ongoing custody battle with the kid's father since 2018. I'm not here to bash him or go into great details with the case but because of covid this case had been prolonged way longer then it should have. I have paid (and still paying various loans and cc payments plus a loan from a family member) quite a large sum of money (more then I make in 2 years). We finished 2 days in court yesterday with more days coming in the spring. I owe her $7600 for the last two days by 12/17. I don't have nor the means to either. I haven't bought a single Christmas present but I'm honestly not worried about that because the best Christmas gift I can give my kids is a happy safe home. As you can see in this picture this is absolutely killing me. I hate asking for anything for me but this isn't for me, it's for the kids. I understand if you can't or don't want to help I just ask you not to share this with him. I can also share my Venmo if that is better because they don't charge fees. Thank you in advance.
