The community we’re part of

Clitterhouse Farm sits in the Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration area, where most wards rank among the 50% most deprived in England — many in the top 30%.

But statistics describe circumstances, not people. What we see every week is a neighbourhood full of talent and determination that simply hasn’t always had the space to flourish. Our job is to make room for it.

This renovation

To repair the roofs of the Cottage and Hay Loft and bring them back into productive community use over the next year or two, saving them from further deterioration, adding lettable space and income, and building financial security into the six-year lease term

Rather than pausing in the meantime, our plan is to grow steadily into the opportunities that the regeneration creates in stages. Each wave of arrivals, the first Brent Cross West residents, the Sheffield Hallam London campus, the opening of the new parks, and later the office tenants in the business district, adds demand for exactly the kind of programme we already deliver.

Our job is to grow the team and the offer to match that demand, secure the right legal form and lease arrangements, and raise the capital needed to bring the buildings back to their full potential.
