As many of you are aware, I am off to Nepal to take on a challenge of a lifetime in the Himalaya! I am hoping to climbing two mountains, Lobuche at 6119m and Island peak at 6164m.I will also be raising money for an incredible charity called Lehara. Lehara provides free education to Sherpa in the remote Everest region , on how to deliver sports massage and the revenue generated gets reinvested back into the local communities to benefit their healthcare, education and environment.

Their work is truly inspiring and I am honoured to be able to support their cause.
