Climbing can be a powerful tool for feeling better, physically and mentally. Climbing for Wellbeing is built around the idea that physical activity supports mental wellbeing.
It’s about more than just time on the wall. It’s about creating a space where people can move, connect, and feel supported, whether that’s through building confidence, finding a routine, or simply being around others. For many, it’s a first step into something positive.
The programme supports people through movement, especially those who might not otherwise have access to spaces like this.
We’re raising funds to keep it running and to open it up to more people who need it. Our fundraising day is on 16th May, where we’ll be running workshops, socials, and community events at Yonder to bring people together and support the programme.
Every contribution helps make that possible, whether it’s funding a session, supporting a course, or spreading the word and helping someone walk through the door for the first time.
