We are raising money for a Clemson Canine Companions for Independence puppy raisers. Students on campus will have the ability to raise puppies for 12-18 months, before they are sent off to begin training to become a service dog. Once the dog is finished service training, he or she is gifted to a person who is in need of a service dog. Our goal is to raise money so that students on campus are able to raise these puppies without too much of a financial burden. We already have some funds and a lot of fundraising opportunities, but we are hoping to have a lot of puppy raisers in the near future which will require sufficient funding. Any donations would mean so much, and be extremely beneficial to our non-profit organization along with the people who would be gifted these service dogs.
