Clear the unpaid lunch balances of our Children

Hi, my name is Kevin Christensen and I’m Smyrna community member. A few years ago I realized that the school district had unpaid lunch balances that prevented kids from graduating. We took action and raised nearly $5000 to help pay down this debt. I would like to do this again, and hopefully get the balance paid off in full. Students should not have to worry about their lunch balance preventing them from graduating. Every little bit helps. We have over 12,000 people in this community. If everyone gave a dollar we would pay the balance is off in full. The district is not allowed to give me the balance but have confirmed that it’s over $10,000 at the moment. 100% of these proceeds will go to the Smyrna School District. Thank you!
