I am Maya, and my dream is to become a dermatologist who understands the deep connection between water, health, and skin. As I pursue this path, I am also driven by a desire to help those in need—especially rural communities in Egypt that have been taken over by poverty and drought. In these places, access to clean water is a daily struggle, and it affects every aspect of life, from health to hope.

I believe that all people, regardless of their status, deserve the right to clean water, shelter, and food. This belief inspired me to start Claro, a nonprofit dedicated to building water pipelines in Egypt. By bringing clean water directly to communities, we can improve health, support basic needs, and create lasting change for families facing hardship. Clean water is not just about survival; it’s about dignity, opportunity, and a brighter future.

The funds raised through this campaign will go toward constructing pipelines that deliver clean water where it’s needed most.
