CLEAN WATER FILTERS TO COASTAL VILLAGE IN BURMA!!!
Donation protected
NEW PROJECT UPDATE!! PROJECT:BURMA
While preparing for our W.A.T.A. PROJECT:VIETNAM trip in March, I received a message from a college friend regarding a need for clean water in a village she's connected to in Burma. We figured while we were in Vietnam, and close to Burma, we could take a trip to establish a connection and relationship with these villages in need.
"Hey Cy. It’s been a long time! Great to see you still doing the clean water project. I’m back in Burma now and have been working with some civil society groups. Recently the clean water problem came up. What a coincidence that I saw your WATA page this week. Are you keen on introducing your product here? Let me know. Hope you doing well!"
THE GOAL:
The goal is to donate between 10-20 filters, while establishing if there is a larger need and then coming up with a plan to return with even more filters for a larger project! This is an exciting opportunity and we are stoked for the chance to help another group of people in another country! I am also stoked to be able to work with someone that I went to school with.
