Clay Pots Mural
This fall I will be painting a mural in the Clay Pots Peace Garden!
They have a lovely 3 story wall in their interior courtyard that I'll be painting a massive garden onto as a gift to Clay Pots and the community. You can help contribute to this gift and support this garden's growth.
All funds raised beyond the cost of supplies will be 50% donated to Clay Pots, and 50% paying me as the muralist.
Mural rendering:

Of course, paint looks different from drawing and there will be more detail at the larger scale - but this should give a sense of scale, space & color. (butterflies will be omitted)
Design Inspiration:

Here is the itemized budget:

All other needed supplies I already have!
The quantity of paint for this project is intentionally over-bought: the extra supply can be used by me to paint other murals in the community (contact me if you're interested).
I will be sharing mural painting updates along with information & stories about Clay Pots on this fundraising page. Follow along to see the mural unfold and hear more about the amazing work they do in the community.
Timeline of Painting:

To see all info & slides (not cut off like these, whoops!), you can view the mural design presentation here .
Thank you for your support and helping make this mural possible. I hope it can be a gift to anyone who goes to the Peace Garden, a reminder of Clay Pots' mission as "a place to grow," and an ongoing encouragement of the massive beauty that arises when community comes together.

P.S. If you read through any of this info and have thoughts, feedback, or advice - you are more than welcome to reach out to me! I am still a growing mural artist, and can always benefit from advice. Additionally, if you would be interested in contributing tangible supplies, I welcome any type of contribution.
With many thanks and much love,
~Mia
