Clart About Sensory Cafe

Hi I’m Stacey and I’m fundraising for Clart About Sensory Cafe, which is a not for profit organisation.

They focus on having good quality toys and equipment that is supportive of children’s development and imagination, but the thing that makes Clart About my favourite is the focus on family and supporting peri-natal mental wellbeing! Who knew parenthood could make you feel so lonely at a time you are surrounded by the people who care about you.

Clart About is one of the first places where I didn’t feel alone with the struggle of becoming a parent, when I joined a baby signing group September last year. I’m still in touch with some of the other parents ☺️

Today I visited and I was the only one there on the morning session, and it broke my heart.

Lynne, Mark and the volunteers put all of their being into making Clart About such an amazing place to visit!
