Hi, my name is Lea and I'm the team leader of our 2026 volunteering group to Cambodia.

In 2013, Clare High School began this program from working in classrooms of NGO schools to funding and helping to build homes for families needing replacement homes.

Over the past 2 years we have seen poverty stricken families displaced from Angkor Wat area. We also built a school playground for a little school and a chicken farm for a single mum needing a little business for income and a future for her child.

The 2026 group includes Lily, Caitlin, Ruby, Evie, Scarlett, Cassidy, Ashlee, Tesha, Erin, Teresa, Julie, Neil, Jacob, and Kylie.

Our journey begins on November, 28 2026 and we are on a mission to raise $15,000 towards our building projects in Siem Reap province. These may include 2 houses, a school playground and hopefully a school or something equivalent.

We are very excited to make a start with our fundraising and so grateful for all the support we can get. Your contribution will make a huge impact on the lives of those we are volunteering for.
