On the 19th February myself and Ross will be conquering Mount Kilimanjaro we will embark on this extraordinary adventure together all whilst raising money for our local community group they make a significant impact to our community and support all those fighting dementia and their loved ones, Having used this group within my family I can’t express the thanks enough for what they done for my family and continue to support, every step of this adventure will be in memory of my grandad Ron Hopper, he attended this group in his final years along with my nana Shirley hopper for support, without fundraising this group could not be so please support us any amount you can
