15 years ago, a stranger bought me a ticket to a Broadway show and that show changed my life.
In the spirit of that random act of kindness, I've started an initiative to help people who can't afford a Broadway ticket or don't feel welcome in the Broadway space.
Educators, waiters, students, artists struggling to make their art work. City of Strangers has welcomed over 1200 people into a Broadway show, not for free but paid for by a stranger.
You can check out our story on This American Life and CBS This Morning. We hope you can help us keep the kindness going!
