Greetings all.  I'm trying to do a 1 WEEK FLASH $1500 FUNDRAISER for my friend Cierra who is in the process of getting full custody of her daughter E'myah who is nearly a year old.  I have known her for approximately 10 years and watching her become such an amazing single mama has been an honor.  She was made for motherhood and E'myah is destined for greatness.  Cierra keeps her business very private, but has asked me for help.  She has been working with a lawyer, and has recently been informed that her $2500 retainer fees have been exhausted and she will need another $1500 as soon as possible to proceed.  Let's see if we can alleviate her worries!!  
Cierra is working full time, pays for day care, and moved out of her apartment to live with family in effort to afford her life.  These lawyer fees are a huge financial burden and I thought that if I tried to lift some of that for her, she could have some ease and could continue focusing on motherhood because the way I see it, the burden of paying legal fees shouldn't be on her alone and I'm sure you would agree.  This is what our community is about - helping others because we know how and want what's best for them.  
If you could be so kind as to make a donation to her legal fees, I know she will really appreciate it.  Please consider asking people around you as well because every little bit will help and knowing that we have lifted a burden a little from an amazing powerful woman can be more valuable than ever right now.  
Let's give Cierra the freedom from worry, and the security of full custody of her beautiful, smart, amazing, funny, spirited daughter.  Let's pledge the equivalent of the money we aren't spending right now.  Examples:  a month's worth of take out coffees, tanks of gas, happy hours, vacations, etc.
