Chuck & Debbie Slaughter Medical Bills

Hi, my name is Joy McCutcheon and I am Chuck Slaughter's sister-in-law (Debbie is my sister). As most of you know he has been in the hospital and/or nursing facility since his cholerectal cancer surgery on February 10th. Up until that day Chuck was still teaching. Not only have they lost his income but his horrifically long health ordeal has brought mounting medical bills and other financial hardship on them. Debbie has worked hard to rearrange payments etc, but then on Father's Day she, their son Stephen, and their 3 grandchildren were involved in a car wreck on their way to visit Chuck in the hospital. Debbie was injured in the crash, not seriously, but has some ongoing medical/dental needs of her own now and the car will likely be totalled. Insurance is still to be determined in that instance, meanwhile there are some out of pocket concerns for her. She is overwhelmed financially and could use your help. The funds will definitely be used to cover their portion of the medical bills that have mounted over the course of four and a half months and for any final expensives that may be incurred.
