Chronic HP Website Funding Support

Raising money to pay for website and survey costs associated with supporting people world wide with Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis.  The web page is at http://chronichp.com .  I also administer a Facebook group on Living with HP and LifeWithOxygen.  As a stage-4  HP sufferer myself I  have dedicated the rest of my life to supporting and helping others with my disease.  This fund will help me defray the costs of this effort that I have been paying out of pocket for.
