Christy Hutchison's Metastatic Breast Cancer Fund

Hello, I am Devlynn. My mom is Christy Hutchison. Christy was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer in August of 2022. just a few weeks after my birthday. We are in desperate need of financial help to pay medical bills, to afford driving to the various doctors' offices and back home, and general living expenses which have become unbearable since the diagnosis.

Sadly, my mom has had a long history of medical issues, dating back to a car crash in August 1998, which left her physically disabled. Finances have always been hard to come by for us, in part due to this. We have also recently faced recent tragedies, most notably the loss of my grandmother (and my mom's mother) in December of 2021. All of this combined with the cancer diagnosis and subsequent financial crisis has been very hard on the both of us.

I have done my best to make sure my mom is cared for, but it gets harder and harder as I am a senior in a college out of state. My mom refuses to let me pause my studies to help her, so gathering funds seems like one of the only things I can do. My father is out of the picture, so I really do only have her as a close familial figure in my life. With all this in mind, I humbly and desperately ask for help in funding our situation. Even if you have nothing to give, a share on social medias would be lovely.

As mentioned, the funds will be used for medical bills, car-related finances so that we can get her to the hospital and offices for treatment, and general living expenses such as rent, food, and so on. I thank you all so much in advance.
