Hi everyone my name is Ioan and as some of you are aware over the last seven years every Christmas I created a Christmas toy appeal for local children in Gwynedd and Anglsey.

Since we began with the help all the amazing people that’s got involved or donated we’ve managed to give presents to hundreds of local children every Christmas.

The children are under the care of the social services and some of the parents are struggling to give to their children at Christmas and unfortunately many of them go without anything at Christmas…sad but true!!!

I personally think that every child deserves the right to believe in Santa clause. There can’t be anything worse than a child going back to school and all of their friends asking what they’ve had, and they can’t reply.

They’re local children that live in OUR towns/villages that unbeknown might even go to school with your children or grandchildren.

While I know we can’t give them the latest gaming console or a phone it’s nice for them to at least have something whether it be a small toy, game or even some chocolates.

I’m by no means an expert but I can only imagine that mental health can start early for some people and something like this can’t help with maybe the feeling of rejection at a young age.

If anyone or any businesses would like to donate how ever small it would be appreciated and it would mean so much to the kids on Christmas morning.

Santa clause is real and he lives in everyone of you. ‍
