Join us in sharing Christmas with the homeless this year @ the 15th Annual Christmas Once Again!
NEW this year you will be able to share a personalized message with the homeless.

Please use the contact feature on this page. Please include in your message:
1) Your name
2) Your e-mail address
3) Your message of no more than 100 characters. *
Please note that due to issues with the platform, we are unable to see your name or e-mail address, so please message us.
OUR EVENT THIS YEAR (COVID safe):
Similar to last year, we will not be hosting our normal event this year. Instead we have again teamed up with the Scott Mission and the Good Shephard Ministries, two homeless shelters in downtown Toronto. Our gift bags will be distributed to these two homeless shelters. These two shelters have been part of our Homeless Educational Experience in the past - which have provided our volunteers with a tour.
We are accepting donations until Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 11:59pm.
This will allow us time to purchase and pack the gift bags. The gift bags will be distributed to the shelters on December 19, 2021.
We will also be sharing reports on how the shelters and the homeless are coping with Covid-19.
We are hopeful to return to our regular event in the near future when it is safe to do so, along with some new components. Stay tuned for more details and get ready to volunteer again.
About Christmas Once Again:

Christmas Once Again ("COA") is an annual gift giving event for the homeless. At a time of need, and also a time of hope, we aim to give the homeless a bit of hope, love, joy, and happiness of Christmas at a difficult time of their lives.
We do this by raising funds to purchase items for gift bags. We use volunteers to purchase, put together, and distribute these gift bags just before and in time for Christmas.
We share Christmas with the homeless on the streets, some of whom chooses not to go to or are unable to go to shelters. We also aim to learn about homeless shelters, the important work they do, and learn from the homeless and their perspectives. We started a homeless educational program which includes a homeless shelter tour of different shelters each year since 2016 to disseminate this knowledge and experience.
Join us in sharing Christmas with the homeless...since 2007!
