Christmas Miracle for Meals on Wheels Driver

I have a Christmas project that I will need help with.

A local Kuna man delivers Meals on Wheels to shut-in seniors around Kuna at his own expense. He also checks on their well-being while delivering the food. It takes him many hours a week and he does it all so very cheerfully.

Over the years, he's completely worn out his mini-van and it will cost more than it is worth to fix it, so he's looking for a replacement. He can come up with no more than $3,000 for a replacement vehicle. Please help me fine one for him.

The vehicle need to get decent gas mileage, have been well maintained, of course and not high mileage already, as delivering all those meals will really put on the miles.
