Christmas Kindness Boxes

As Christmas approaches us rather quickly, I am super excited to be working with the Peggy Dodd Centre to put together Christmas Kindness Boxes for 160 people in our local community who live with Dementia and memory loss.

There are currently estimated to be 982,000 people living with dementia in the UK with one out of two of us being affected by dementia in our lifetime, either by caring for someone with the condition, or developing it ourselves.

The Peggy Dodd Centre provide award winning services to help those living with dementia and memory loss, whilst offering respite to support the people who care for them.

As you may already know, my darling Grandad has been living with Dementia for the past 8 years. He is my absolute best friend, and seeing a smile on his face can make my whole week. Being able to do the same for others in our community over the festive period will be super special.
