San Rafael is my wife’s hometown, and during her college years, she began doing outreach work there. Seeing her dedication and the impact she made truly touched my heart. Now that I spend my Christmases in the Philippines, I wanted to find a way to give back to the community that welcomed me. That’s when I decided to help the local orphanage, hoping to bring a little extra joy to the children during the holidays.

The first year, a few family members heard about what I was doing and donated. The second year, I opened it up to more friends and family, and it’s grown a bit each year since. As I get older, Christmas started to lose its meaning for me—it almost felt like just another day. But seeing these kids get the Christmas they deserve, and witnessing the magic in their eyes, has truly filled my heart in ways I can’t describe.

With your support, we can give every child at the orphanage a special Jollibee meal (a favorite treat), a goodie bag full of Christmas and local candies, and provide much-needed supplies like diapers, cleaning products, and milk. Each year, your generosity has helped us do more for these wonderful kids. I’m asking for your help again to make this year’s celebration the best one yet. Every donation, big or small, brings hope and happiness to children who deserve a magical holiday.

Each year I will send out emails with new pictures and receipts. 100% raised goes to the kids first, then supplies for the orphanage second. I am already there so none of the money goes toward my expenses. :)
