Hi, I work for a non-profit called Milestone. My name is Courtney, and I’m the Portland outreach manager out in the field daily.

Every year, I raise funds to provide Christmas stockings for the unsheltered population! Christmas is hard for many on the streets, missing family, disconnected from family; it’s a lonely time for so many. This year, I’d like to make 165 stockings! 55 for the men who stay in our shelter and the remainder for men and women sleeping outside in Portland, ME.

Christmas is about giving back, love, and connection. I truly hope you consider helping make Christmas slightly more bearable, restoring faith, love, and hope in a community that desperately needs something to believe in. Let’s bring the magic back to Christmas! Thank you!
