Christmas gift bags for Ward E39 Oncology

Donation protected
Hi my name is Daisy, i’m fundraising for special christmas gift bags going to the children and teenagers in Queens Medical Centre’s Ward E39 oncology, where many children are battling cancer. At the age of 16, i was one of those people. From enduring nearly 2 and a half years of fearful, yet crucial chemotherapy, to the many traumatic side effects, I spent a lot of time admitted to ward E39 and looked after by the incredible team of nurses, doctors and specialists. I’m grateful to say i’m now in remission, and post treatment, and wanting to give back to those going through it at this moment in time. Many children have to spend christmas time away from their loved ones, away from the comfort of their homes. And it’s not fair. Cancer strips you of your identity, your social life, your fun and enjoyment of being a kid. For this holiday season, i want to bring joy to those unfortunately stuck in the hospital. By raising money, i plan to buy special toys and gifts to be donated in individual present bags. From the smallest children to older teenagers, the aim is to put a smile on everyone’s face this christmas! The smallest of donations mean so much and can go so far, thank you so much❤️️
