Christmas dresses for children in cameroon

For The Duke of Edinborough Award, I am fundraising for Children of Cameroon.
In Cameroon, Christmas is a very big deal and it's really important for the children to have a new Christmas dress every year. Each dress costs about £15 and I'm aiming to buy 4.
Children in Cameroon walk an average of 5 kilometres to school every day, often on an empty stomach. I have to walk 5 minutes down the road and get on a bus and I always have breakfast. So for this sponsorship event, I will walk 5 kilometres every day for a week. I'm not fit. This could be an interesting challenge. Starting Monday 16th November. If you help towards the dresses, you can see pictures of the happy children wearing them on Christmas :)
We exceeded the goal! Thank you!! With any extra money, it will go towards one more dress, Christmas shoes, and possibly even a Christmas meal!
