Hello!

My name is Charlotte, I have two children, Archie (10) and Abigail (1). My husband, Philip, is a priest in the Aire Benefice - a group of churches that includes St Botolph's, Knottingley.

Since we moved here in June 2024, I have been really keen to do things for the local community.

My son and I have created a little free library (just inside the gates to the churchyard), we hosted a really successful free to attend Easter fun day this year, and I am now on a mission to support families in our community that need help this Christmas by raising funds for, and encouraging donations towards, a Christmas appeal centred around the joy of giving at Christmas.

An appeal that aims to give as many gifts as possible to children and young people aged between 0 and 21 this Christmas.

Donations by the way of new gifts or toys, clothes, chocolate or gift vouchers - please get in touch for drop off information.
