Chris's bike ride for Patrick's Trust

Dear friends!

I have decided to go on a bike ride through Cambodia and Vietnam this November! I will spend 6 days riding almost 382km across these two fascinating countries.

This is all to support a charity very close to my heart - Patriks Trust* which supports the Catholic Worker Farm* and all donations made will be used to support the women's refuge.

The Catholic Worker Farm has accommodated over 650 women and children during the past 17 years. They currently offer a home, food and other services to 18 destitute mothers and children, at no charge. The Farm enables the guests to live in a supportive and loving environment.
