Norske Camp Development

It's too easy for today's children to get all of their entertainment from a screen. It's time to get outside and enjoy some real adventures! I just bought some land by Pine River, MN, and I would like to turn it into a place where people can gather and enjoy being outside in northern Minnesota. The land is about 8.5 acres and adjoins 34 acres of county land. A major walking/snowmobile trail runs along the edge of the property with some cleared trails on the land as well. I would like to be able to bring kids and their parents up for a day or weekend to enjoy the outdoors. Some of the activities could include camping, hiking, and riding ATVs or snowmobiles. There is a small cabin on the property already which I plan to make into the main space to gather, prepare meals, etc. I'm requesting some funds for purchasing building materials and used recreational vehicles for guests to use. I have some of my own vehicles up there and three campers so far. This is a nice spot to have a small camp close to town and the Brainerd lakes area of Minnesota.
