Hi, my name is Tracy. I am Chris’s sister. We had been separated for 34 years and reconnected in 2013.

Chris has called Vashon home for the last 25+ years. You might have seen him at the strawberry festival or farmers market airbrushing shirts for sale. He is a beloved neighbor and friend to those he is close to, and works as a janitor at nights. Unfortunately he has fallen on hard times and we are hoping that this community can help get him back on his feet. On a planned trip to visit family and sell some of his art at a show, Chris had a stroke. He was unable to attend the art show and spent part of his trip in the hospital. Only one weeks after returning home he suffered another stroke. Chris desperately needs some time off and peace of mind, knowing his rent will get paid.
