Hoover PD Officer Chris Cochran’s home and all belongings were destroyed in a fire Wednesday afternoon. Chris sustained second degree burns to his right arm, hand and face. His wife, son (7), twins (6) and daughter (4) were unharmed. Chris has been a Police Officer with the city since 1998 and a School Resource Officer for the last 9 years, currently assigned to Spain Park High School. The best way we can help them is with a monetary contribution. They have nowhere to keep donated items and it would overwhelm them at this point.
