Choosing Joy

My name is Carrie Hopper. I am a 26 year old female living in Knoxville, TN. And I am adopting!!! I am pursuing the adoption of a little girl with down syndrome from India whom I was a caretaker for in 2014. Ever since I was her caretaker, I knew the Lord was calling me to be her mom.
