I’m raising money in aid of Pieta House and in honour of my great friend Jack Whitty who we lost to suicide a month ago. This ‘Movember’ I will be completing 90km as part of my fundraiser. More information about Pieta: We’re Pieta, the charity that prevents suicide and self-harm. That means being there for you if you are self-harming, struggling with suicidal thoughts, or have lost someone to suicide. Every year nearly 500 people in Ireland take their own lives, that’s one life lost every week. It doesn’t have to be this way. Pieta exists to change this by offering life-saving services, provoking national conversation, and bringing people together through Darkness Into Light.
