So for all those that know our little chloe, you would have known how far she's come, what a wonderful little character she was when she was young to the independent kind and caring young lady she is now!

She's not had the easiest of journeys, but wow what a strong cookie she is! Always helping others always trying and never giving up. Im so proud of whos shes become.

So as a birthday suprise I hope that I will be able to purchase her the car shed love to help support her with her next milestones through life.
