Chivas “waika” Alapai from this traumatic incident

Aloha my name is Chivas Waika Alapai, I am a father of two beautiful girls; Ambree is two years old and Ailana is just a little over a week old. I was recently shot from the chest up with 20-40 metal pellets. I had to be medvac to queens hospital. I’m still under going medical treatment and rehabilitation. Due to this unfortunate incident, I am unable to work and I am asking for any kind of help with medical expenses and provide for my children in this of need. Mahalo for your support and prayers!
