Due to recent and ongoing attacks on the Asian community as of late, our team is reaching out to everyone for donations to help fund a community patrol outfit in San Francisco's Chinatown.
As former members of the Chinatown community, our team members will reach out to the vendors, interact with locals, and devise a strategy to create a safer Chinatown. The police cannot always maintain their presence everywhere, but we can. This is getting out of hand. This is a call for action.
We are a non-profit. Funds will be used for:
-Neighborhood watch fees
-Team meeting place
-Security guards (armed and unarmed)
-Additional team members fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, Toisan, etc
-Advising the elderly on how to be aware of their surroundings, be safe, etc.
-Radio
-Phones
