Hi my name is Sufiyan, an A level student and a NHS volunteer. My fundraising team and I are trying to raise money for a charity called Eye Heroes. 

Eye Heroes is an international charity working to protect children’s vision and support their education by providing the means necessary to preserve sight. In many parts of the world, children face daily exposure to harmful UV rays without any sort of eye protection and overtime, the impact can be life changing. Families also require educational resources to support children who are struggling with their deteriorating eyesight. 

UV damage at a young age can lead to lifelong vision problems—yet UV-blocking sunglasses are often out of reach for families who are already struggling financially. This fundraiser will help provide children with essential learning materials and UV-blocking sunglasses, giving them the tools they need to learn safely and thrive.
