Justin Skovron, the father of my three children Jackson, Jakob and Ashlynn passed away suddenly March 11, 2020 at the young age of 39... He had no life insurance or left any means of support  for our three children who are 16 (recent autism diagnosis)14 and 12..Days prior to his death he sold his property, however he had a substantial amount of debt left behind...currently his estate holds 91, 000 and the amount of debts to be paid out is 88,473.33...by the time all debts get paid there will be nothing left for financial support of Jackson, 
Jakob, or Ashlynn...even after a parent has passed their financial obligation to support their children is still required under the Family Law Act...This allows me as the surviving parent to file what is called a Dependents Relief Claim...by filing this it can bump out the creditors and ensure that future Child Support is paid out first... This will then ensure creditors get paid after kids are looked after financially ( we had a written agreement for Child Support) and not before...as it stands I will receive no help financially nor will Jackson, Jakob and Ashlynn receive any help towards their future education etc...I am asking for financial help to  pay for the legal costs that will be incurred to go after the Estate of Justin Skovron to ensure that his financial obligation to his children and their future education is carried through...there was no will made at the time of his death, no life insurance policies exist etc...I am looking to ensure that their is financial help and that trust funds are available to the kids at 18 to help with their future education...thank you for your help and it is greatly appreciated☺❤
