Child endangerment custody change

Hi, my name is Mike. I am a father to a 9 year old little girl who is unsafe living in the home with her mother. Child Protective Services has advised me that this is the 6th time that a case has been opened. I wish to change our custody in order to protect and make my daughter's wish come true but I don't have the funds to afford a lawyer. This money is to assist me in the custody battle in order to make sure that she is safe and happy. Please help me in getting my daughter to a house where she feels safe and loved.
