We are so excited to be running for the Project Purple team at the Bank of America Chicago Marathon!

Well...excited and terrified, because this will be our first marathon! AAHHHH!! We are honored to be partnering with such an important charity, for a cause that means so much to our family. Any donation will help make an impact.
  
Project Purple is an impact-driven organization with a vision of a world without pancreatic cancer. Their mission is to find a cure for pancreatic cancer and improve the lives of patients through support, hope, and compassion.

Why is Project Purple so important to us?

My father, Roger, died of pancreatic cancer on February 2nd, 2017 right before his 62nd birthday. He was my best friend, hero, and biggest fan. Our family and friends, affectionately named the #Rogsquad, watched in awe as he courageously fought his battle.

Without a cure for pancreatic cancer, we, just like so many others, lost him far too early.
