Chiang Mai Medical Trip 2023

In January 2023, my son Mathew and I are heading to Chiang Mai to be a part of the Community of Blessing Volunteer Team to provide Health Exams, Pharmacy, Dental Care, and Vision Exams in the mobile medical clinics in rural villages.

I have an extensive background in the Health Industry and am excited to provide medical assistance, assessments and treatments to those in need.

When the world is facing severe staff shortages, it affects the ability of many people to receive necessary medical care.

Mathew is about to commence Year 10 and is doing VCE Biology.

Determined with a can-do attitude and following his mum's footsteps jumped at the opportunity to provide care and kindness to support children and adults less fortunate than us.

We have never been Overseas and fortunately have the opportunity to travel with some great friends, the synergy of the team's strengths, further education, appreciation of the differences and respect for their culture.

All volunteers are responsible for raising support for expenses, medical equipment and supplies.
