Chestnut treehouse and demelza
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Josh. I’m 23 years old, manager of East Grinstead Vodafone store. My very good friend and colleague Caleb, is 23 years old and is a sales advisor in the Eastbourne branch.
We are choosing to raise money for two local charities, The Chestnut Treehouse and Demelza.
They do such amazing work by supporting families and their young children with life limiting conditions.
Our goal is to raise £2000, split equally between these two wonderful charities.
These two charities are personal to myself and Caleb for different reasons.
For myself, my little brother suffers with a disability called SMA, limiting him to a wheelchair for life. The Chestnut Treehouse charity have supported him and our family on numerous occasions, allowing him to go on trips and activities that previously wouldn’t have been possible. It has made such a difference.
And for Caleb, he has grown up watching his mum being a part of the amazing, caring support offered by Demelza, who give similar support as The Chestnut Treehouse.
We look forward to seeing just how much we can give back to these amazing charities to allow them to continue to support the families and the community.
If we can raise £1000, we will dye our brown and ginger hair and beards bright red and bright green. If we can get to £2000, we will go full on rainbow! Brighter the better! Not only will we colour our hair and beards, we will commit to one of us walking, whilst pushing the other in a wheel chair, between 3 of our local East Sussex Vodafone stores, Eastbourne, Bexhill and Hastings. A total of approximately 20 miles!
This will be on Wednesday 30th April, 2025, come rain or shine.
You are more than welcome to cheer us on our route.
Please find time to research these incredibly valuable charities and donate as much as you can.
Thank you for reading, we look forward to making a difference.
